MEET THE PUBLISHERS

NATE & CHELSEA JORDON

Nate and Chelsea have called Pueblo County home since 2020. From the local flavors to the outdoors, they have come to love the history, community, and culture they have found here. In fact, Nate has written a short tourism book on The Steel City: Greater than a Tourist: Pueblo.

Originally from California, Nate graduated with his Master’s Degree from Naropa University in Boulder in 2008. He then pursued a career in publishing, starting Monkey Puzzle Press in Boulder and later taking it to Denver. He presently operates Unalome Photography, LLC.

Chelsea recently received her Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She recently passed the bar and looks forward to serving Pueblo County and the local community.

Together, Nate and Chelsea, are raising two kids, two dogs, three cats, a flock of chickens, and a growing army of rabbits in Pueblo West. Their oldest daughter graduated from Centennial High and is presently attending Colorado State University, Pueblo on a full academic scholarship. As members of both the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and the Pueblo West Chamber of Commerce, they believe in the region’s potential and future.

MEET THE STAFF

Ford Granada

A man in a black t-shirt with 'Pueblo County Pulse' written on it is caught mid-air, appearing to leap over a busy street filled with vintage cars in downtown Pueblo, Colorado.

The bastard child of Rocky Balboa and Forrest Gump, Ford Granada has lived a life like no other. He’s our top content creator. When he’s not creating visual and written content for Pueblo County Pulse, he creates content for his creative experiment: THE LIFE AND MISADVENTURES OF FORD GRANADA.

COOPER JORDON

Cooper is our Publishing Assistant. He helps us with everything from administrative tasks to distribution. His favorite taco joint in town is Tacos Fuegos. His favorite burger joint in town is Bingo Burger. That’s where you will find him if he isn’t with his girlfriend.
